Best Telegram Integrations for HubSpot in 2026
Compare Telegram integrations for HubSpot: personal accounts, bots, inbox routing, CRM logging, workflows, bulk campaigns, and what each one costs.
The best Telegram integration for HubSpot depends on which Telegram you mean. TryWired is the strongest fit for teams that want personal Telegram accounts and bots landing in the HubSpot conversations inbox. NisWire by Niswey is stronger if your priority is bulk Telegram campaigns and messages sent from HubSpot workflows. Telegram by Octopods is the cleanest bot-only route into the HubSpot inbox. Telegram Integration by Resonate is the most automation-heavy option, with workflow actions and Help Desk support. ControlHippo is the one to look at if you would rather work in a separate shared inbox that syncs to HubSpot.
Those are five genuinely different products, and picking between them on price is how teams end up with a channel nobody uses.
Why “Telegram integration” means four different things
Telegram is not one integration surface. It is four, and a buyer typing “Telegram HubSpot integration” could want any of them.
A personal Telegram account. A real account, signed in with a phone number, that belongs to a person on your team. Customers already message it. It has history. This is the one people mean when they say “our AM has three years of client conversations on their phone and none of it is in the CRM.”
A Telegram bot. A separate identity you create through BotFather, with its own name and @username. It belongs to the business, not to a person. It can only reply to people who message it first, and it cannot see anything in anyone’s DMs.
Telegram Business. A settings mode on a personal account that lets you attach a bot which processes messages on your behalf. Telegram’s business API documentation states that connecting a business bot does not require Telegram Premium, and that the account owner picks which chats the bot is allowed to see: existing chats, new chats, contacts, non-contacts, with exclusions.
Outbound and bulk messaging. Sending Telegram messages out of HubSpot, in volume, from lists and workflows. This is a marketing job, not an inbox job, and only some of these products do it.
An integration that is excellent at one of these can be useless for another. That is the whole reason this comparison exists.

Scroll the table sideways for the full comparison
Two things in that table deserve saying out loud rather than leaving in a cell.
TryWired has the fewest marketplace installs of anything here. We are the newest listing, and if install count is how you judge a vendor, NisWire and ControlHippo are ahead of us on that measure today.
And “Not documented” means exactly that. It is not a polite way of writing “no.” Where a vendor’s public pages and marketplace listing did not state a capability, we left it unstated rather than guessing.
How we compared these, and who wrote this
Features and pricing were checked on September 9, 2026, against each product’s HubSpot App Marketplace listing, its own product pages, and its own documentation. Prices and install counts move, so treat every number here as a starting point and confirm it on the vendor’s page before you buy.
We compared on personal account support, bot support, whether conversations reach the HubSpot conversations inbox or Help Desk, two-way messaging, group chats, contact matching, CRM activity logging, media support, team visibility, workflow automation, bulk messaging, pricing structure, setup complexity, and HubSpot App Marketplace presence.
We build TryWired, so this is not an independent review. You are reading it on our website and we have an obvious interest in the outcome. What we have tried to do instead is keep the competitor information factual, link every claim to the vendor’s own page so you can check it, and say plainly where another product is the better buy. There are two sections below where the honest answer is “not us.”
We have not run hands-on trials of every competitor. Everything attributed to another vendor comes from their public documentation, not from our testing.
Best for personal Telegram accounts and bots: TryWired
TryWired connects Telegram to the HubSpot conversations inbox, and it is the only product in this comparison that treats a personal account and a bot as two options inside the same product rather than two different purchases.
The personal account route signs in to the actual account. You enter the phone number, Telegram sends a login code to a device where that account is already signed in, and you enter it. This is not a BotFather bot wearing someone’s name. Customers keep messaging the same person at the same @username, and those conversations become visible to the rest of the team in HubSpot. Messages that person sends from their own phone are recorded as outbound on the same HubSpot thread, so the timeline shows both halves of the conversation rather than only the replies typed in the CRM.
Contact matching runs on Telegram identity. The sender is matched by Telegram username, or by the permanent Telegram user ID when there is no username, and a contact is created when nothing matches. No email address or phone number required, which matters more on Telegram than on any other channel.
Each connected account picks its own HubSpot destination. A channel routes to a conversations inbox or to Help Desk, so a support bot and a sales rep’s personal account can feed different queues in the same portal.
Conversations are logged as HubSpot communication activity and associated with the companies and deals already linked to the contact. Photos and documents move both directions. Group chats come in from both connection types.
Pricing is per connected channel: $40 a month for the first, $30 a month for each one after that. Annual billing takes 20% off. There is no per-seat charge and no per-message charge, so a 30-person HubSpot team pays the same as a 3-person one. Two personal accounts and a support bot is three channels, so $100 a month.
Setup is a QR code or phone number sign-in for a personal account, and a BotFather token for a bot. Custom channels need Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise, which is a HubSpot requirement, not ours.
- Best for
- Teams whose customers already DM a named person on Telegram: crypto, fintech, trading, agencies, recruiting, founder-led sales, international B2B. Also for anyone who wants a bot and personal accounts under one subscription and one bill.
- Not best for
- Teams whose main job is broadcasting. TryWired does not send bulk campaigns, does not have HubSpot workflow actions, and is reply-only on both connection types. If your requirement is "message 400 contacts from a list," this is the wrong product and NisWire is the right one.

Connect it to HubSpot and keep the same identity, the same threads and the same @username, with the whole team able to see them.
Connect Telegram to HubSpotBest for bulk campaigns and workflows: NisWire by Niswey
NisWire is built by Niswey, a HubSpot Diamond partner, and it is the most established Telegram app on the marketplace with 300+ installs and a 4.3 rating from 7 reviews as of September 2026.
It is also the only product here that is unambiguously good at outbound. NisWire sends 1:1 Telegram messages from HubSpot by phone number or username, sends personalised bulk messages using HubSpot contact tokens, enrols contact lists into Telegram campaigns, sends from HubSpot workflows, and reports on campaigns with metrics down to opportunities created and deals won. If Telegram is a marketing channel for you rather than an inbox, nothing else in this comparison competes.
The architecture is different from the inbox products. Niswey’s documentation and marketplace listing describe sending and viewing messages from within HubSpot with activity on the contact timeline and delivery status, plus a NisWire CRM card on the record. Neither the listing nor the public docs describe registering a custom channel in the HubSpot conversations inbox, so if working from the shared inbox is a hard requirement, confirm that with Niswey before committing.
Pricing is per phone number, and this is the one number we could not pin down: the marketplace listing shows $40.83 a month billed yearly, while Niswey’s own product page lists Standard at $49 a month and Professional at $69 a month, with annual rates of about $41 and $58. Additional users are $20 each on both plans. Group message tracking on the timeline is listed as a Professional-tier feature.
- Best for
- Telegram as an outbound channel. Bulk sends, personalised campaigns from HubSpot lists, workflow-triggered messages, and campaign reporting. Also the safest pick on track record, with the most installs and reviews of any Telegram app on the marketplace.
- Not best for
- Teams who want Telegram to behave like a shared inbox channel next to email and chat. Per-user pricing on top of per-number pricing also adds up quickly on a large team.
One caution that applies to any tool doing this, ours included: bulk sending from a personal Telegram account is subject to Telegram’s terms, rate limits and enforcement, and the account carries that risk regardless of which vendor’s software is driving it. Volume is a decision to make deliberately.
Best simple bot-to-inbox option: Telegram by Octopods
Telegram by Octopods does one thing and does it without ceremony. You install it from the HubSpot App Marketplace, paste a bot token, and Telegram bot DMs and group chats appear in the HubSpot inbox with two-way replies. Octopods creates your account automatically from your HubSpot email, so there is no separate signup step.
The listing is specific about what comes across: photos, video, audio, documents, stickers and GIFs, plus rich text formatting including bold, italic, underline, strikethrough and code blocks. Incoming messages are matched to an existing HubSpot contact, and a new contact is created with the conversation already attached when there is no match. Multiple bots can point at multiple HubSpot inboxes. Telegram user IDs are hashed with SHA-256, which is a reasonable privacy detail to publish.
Pricing is $49 a month for the first channel and $39 for each additional one, with a 7-day trial. As of September 2026 the listing shows 100+ installs and a 5.0 rating from 2 reviews.
The limit is the important part: Octopods is bot-only. Nothing in its listing or product pages describes connecting a personal Telegram account. If the conversations you need in HubSpot are sitting in a rep’s DMs, a bot cannot reach them, and no amount of setup will change that.
- Best for
- A support or inbound front door on Telegram, run through a bot, landing in the HubSpot inbox with minimal setup. Good if you also want Octopods' other channels in the same place.
- Not best for
- Personal Telegram accounts, which it does not support. It is also the most expensive per-channel option here, at $9 a month more than TryWired on the first channel.
Best for Telegram automation: Telegram Integration by Resonate
Resonate has the broadest feature surface of anything in this comparison. It connects Telegram four ways: a support bot as a custom Inbox or Help Desk channel, internal team notifications, workflow messages to customers, and a personal account through Telegram Business.
The workflow actions are the standout. Resonate ships five: send a message to a contact, send a message with buttons that waits up to 24 hours for a response and branches on it, send a photo or file, send a message to a group, and send an internal notification. Button messages that pause a workflow pending a reply are genuinely useful and nothing else here has them. CRM cards let a rep message from the contact record, and Telegram groups can be attached to deal and project records.
Resonate’s personal-account route works differently from TryWired’s, and the difference is worth understanding. Resonate connects through Telegram Business, where the account owner attaches a bot in Telegram’s settings and that bot processes messages on their behalf. Replies go out as the person rather than as a bot. Telegram’s documentation confirms this does not require Telegram Premium. Resonate’s own page states the route only receives DMs from contacts who have already messaged you. TryWired signs in to the account session itself with a phone number and login code, which is a different mechanism with different consequences for what history is visible.
Two requirements to check before you budget. Resonate states that Inbox and Help Desk channels need Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional or higher and HubSpot Credits, and that workflow actions need a Professional or Enterprise product with workflow access. Pricing is $49 a month or $490 a year with a 14-day trial, no card required.
We could not find a HubSpot App Marketplace app listing for Resonate’s Telegram integration. It is sold directly from resonatehq.com. Resonate appears in HubSpot’s directory as a Diamond solutions partner, which is a different kind of listing from a certified app.
- Best for
- Teams who want Telegram wired into HubSpot workflows: automated customer messages, internal alerts on new leads and deals, button-driven branching, and Telegram groups attached to deals and projects.
- Not best for
- Teams who want a straightforward personal-account connection, or who cannot spend HubSpot Credits on the inbox channel. Buying outside the App Marketplace also means no install count or review history to check.
Best if you would rather not work in HubSpot: ControlHippo
ControlHippo belongs in this comparison because plenty of teams evaluating Telegram for HubSpot end up choosing this shape of product without realising it is a different shape.
ControlHippo is a standalone omnichannel inbox covering WhatsApp, Telegram, email and more. Telegram accounts connect by phone number and one-time code, and you can add several. Conversations, contacts and actions sync across to HubSpot, but your team works in ControlHippo, not in the HubSpot conversations inbox. As of September 2026 its marketplace listing shows 100+ installs and a 4.9 rating from 10 reviews, the strongest review record here.
Pricing is per user: Bronze at $20 a month, Silver at $28 a month, Gold on request, with the HubSpot integration available from Bronze upward. That is cheaper than anything else here for two or three people, and more expensive than all of it for twenty.
- Best for
- Small teams who want one inbox across WhatsApp and Telegram together, and who are happy for HubSpot to be the record of what happened rather than the place the work happens.
- Not best for
- Teams who deliberately do not want a second inbox to check, or larger teams, where per-user pricing overtakes the per-channel products quickly.
One more worth knowing about: Telebiz by Noderun VIP is on the marketplace and often surfaces in the same searches, but it solves the inverse problem. It puts HubSpot inside Telegram, letting you create contacts, companies and deals and trigger workflows without leaving the Telegram app. If the person you are buying for lives in Telegram and resents opening the CRM, look at it. If you want Telegram conversations to arrive in HubSpot, it is not the category you want.
Personal Telegram account vs Telegram bot
This is the decision that determines which products are even eligible, so it is worth settling before comparing prices.
| Personal Telegram account | Telegram bot | |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | A real person, at their existing @username | The business, at the bot’s own @username |
| Best use | Relationship-led sales, account management, founder-led deals | Support front door, inbound from your website |
| Who starts the conversation | The customer, in both cases | The customer, always |
| Existing conversations | Come along, including history in that account | None. The bot starts empty |
| Group chats | Groups that account is already in | Groups the bot is added to |
| Continuity | Tied to a person, so offboarding needs a plan | Owned by the business, survives staff changes |
| Automation | Limited, and platform rules apply to the account | Designed for it |
| Setup | Phone number and login code | BotFather token, no sign-in |
| Platform risk | Real. Telegram can rate-limit or restrict an account | Low. Bots are the supported route |
Most teams that think about this properly end up connecting both: a bot as the public front door, and personal accounts for the relationships that already existed. They are separate channels and can feed separate inboxes.
We went through this in more depth in Telegram bot vs personal account for HubSpot, and the Telegram bot and personal Telegram pages cover each route on its own.
What none of these can do
Some limits are Telegram’s or HubSpot’s, and no vendor can engineer around them. Knowing them saves a wasted trial.
A bot cannot message someone first. Telegram requires the customer to open the conversation with a bot. Any product claiming cold outbound through a bot is describing something the platform does not allow. Outbound in this comparison happens through personal accounts, which is a different mechanism carrying different risk.
A bot cannot see a person’s DMs. If the conversations you want in HubSpot are in a rep’s account, a bot is not a route to them at any price.
Starter and free HubSpot cannot take a custom channel. HubSpot’s documentation is explicit that the custom channels API needs Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise. If you are on Starter, the plan upgrade is the real decision, not the connector. We wrote up which HubSpot plans support custom inbox channels separately.
Nobody removes Telegram platform risk on personal accounts. Rate limits and enforcement apply to the account. A bot is the safer identity for structured, high-volume work, and that is true of TryWired as much as anyone else.
Which Telegram HubSpot integration should you choose?
Choose TryWired if customers already message people on your team directly, you want those conversations in the HubSpot inbox under the same identity the customer knows, you want bots and personal accounts under one product, or you have a lot of HubSpot users and per-seat pricing is what is killing you.
Choose NisWire by Niswey if bulk Telegram campaigns, HubSpot workflow sends and campaign reporting are the point. It does the outbound job that TryWired does not, and it has the longest track record on the marketplace.
Choose Telegram by Octopods if you need one bot feeding the HubSpot inbox, you want it installed in ten minutes, and personal accounts are genuinely not part of the requirement.
Choose Resonate if you want Telegram inside HubSpot workflows, with button-driven branching, internal alerts and groups attached to deals, and you have the HubSpot tier and credits its inbox channel needs.
Choose ControlHippo if you want Telegram and WhatsApp in one inbox, you are a small team, and you are comfortable working outside HubSpot with the data synced back.
