Request data deletion

If you want us to delete your TryWired account and the data connected to it, send us a request from the administrator email address linked to your TryWired account.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the admin email address connected to TryWired.
2. Use the subject line Data deletion request and tell us which workspace or company account should be deleted.
3. Tell us what you want deleted, such as your TryWired account, connected channels, synced conversation data, or all associated data.

A note about verification and retention

We may ask for additional information to verify that the request comes from an authorized account administrator. Some information may need to be retained when required by law, for billing records, or to protect the security of TryWired and its users. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
